For real? Where did you find that info? If this is true they must really be in desperate need of cash (and I'm not doubting you, just amazing to see such significant dilution at 1 cent/share). All that promotion by Proulx and a penny is the best they can do - wow.

To do this now, at such a low price, they must need it just to get to the nanoparticle trial. They'll need a lot more than $2 million to complete design and development of the human instrument and get through that trial. Condolences to anyone who paid 20 cents/share for ibx and to anyone who thinks mhtx share price will ever go up based on anything that happens with ibx. But keep posting those links, they make for some interesting reading.
