This is the thing. People don't get that scumbra knew exactly what he was doing back in 2012. This could easily just be 2012 2.0. Go "public", hype the stock, pump a bunch of fake tech acquisitions, then launder a bunch of debt through associates like Estrada. This is an ultra scam until proven otherwise
