Hi Ruffie....While today's report and cc were good, the company has not addressed what several of us view as their #1 problem and #1 opportunity. We view selling to USA police depts. as low hanging fruit and believe each in the field rep should easily be able to close $1mil in orders each month. If that were happening today, the company would have $70 or $80mil in revenue. The fact that backlog is so low tells me the company is failing to follow our advice.

Further, if Insiders and the three independent Directors do not make open market buys of the stock starting this Thursday then that is also very disgusting.

My only hesitancy is that by making the request now for a Special Election, we might appear to be trying to benefit from the virus. All of us here know that is not the case, but will other voting shareholders?

I will be reaching out to several large shareholders this week and if we still have their backing then it is likely we proceed and make the request. Perhaps as early as next week.
