This is the "black swan" we have always dreaded. Too fast for the longer charts to react. But this crisis will end at some point. Youre chart also prevents panicing at going 100% cash only to have the market jet right back up. That said one shouldnt be 100% invested either. Depends on how soon you need that LT money. And risk tolerance.
