Dixie Brands and Khiron Life Sciences Mutually Agree to Terminate Joint Venture

DENVER, March 20, 2020 /CNW/ - Today, Dixie Brands Inc. ("Dixie" or "the Company") (CSE: DIXI.U), (OTCQX: DXBRF), (Frankfurt: 0QV), one of the cannabis industry's leading consumer packaged goods ("CPG") companies, confirmed that in light of the contemplated change of control in connection with Dixie's pending transaction with BR Brands, Dixie and Khiron Life Sciences Corp. have mutually agreed to terminate the joint venture that was announced on January 30, 2019.
