I'm re-posting post # 8519. This is what I'm waiting on. I'm also hoping that a significant amount of suits drop soon (More CXT, Photonic, etc). So much of the early work with suits can be done from anywhere and the courts are still open on a limited basis.

Below are the settlements that we should see in the March 30th 10K filing.

"Patent licensing revenues totaled $2 million in first three quarters of 2019; Full year results due March 30, 2020" (QPRC Update https://www.qprc.com/news)

The CXT settlements are what we need to watch. The companies CXT settled with; Stages Stores, The Container Store and Pier One, (settled in 2019) are not necessarily the largest companies but will show the potential of the patents. A court decision agreed that "Mr. Haas concluded that JCP would have agreed to pay the patent owner a lump sum reasonable royalty of $37.2 million based on a 0.5% royalty rate of all JCP’s e-commerce revenues. (Id. at 58)."

The settlements that are stayed (JC Penny, Fossil, Academy, etc., ) are bigger companies and the 10K settlements should give some insights. I hope to see some big-ass companies sued next, especially the likes of Amazon. We will know what that means, big or not, at the end of the month.
