I don't know whether they had to use such wording for legality in the most current 8-K. If they had said we would work on improving the PPS and use the R/S as the last resort, I believe the PPS would have jumped significantly. Now, back to waiting until April 13th for the CFIUS decision (if there are no delays due to COVID-19).

I still keep a big number (for my portfolio) of EKSO stocks at a significant loss in my ROTH but I have sold them otherwise. It looks like I need to wait longer than I was originally anticipating for Ekso to "make" it if they ever can.
