This approval symbolizes noteworthy progress toward the implementation of its business plan. The site will be utilized as NSRI's flagship tree debris collection site, mulch manufacturing facility, soil composting and production bagging site, and it will also as the company's corporate headquarters. In addition, NSRI intends to use the property for collection and storage of storm debris during hurricanes and storms, which it will then process and recycle into organic, next-generation mulch products.
