My guess—majority of longs are just sitting tight with their shares.

Normally, the OTC is a safe haven from big boards, and does not follow what the overall markets are doing.

However, with COVID19 and DOW/SPY down bigtime, some shareholders appear to have ‘panic sold’ , and some lowball bids were filled over past few sessions. Total # of shares traded at those lower levels was pretty low
