I have a QEBR Stock certificate that turns out to be a restricted stock. I can't do a thing with it, so far no otc broker will touch it until the certificate the legend of the stock is removed, which means that QEBR should file with the FCC, and there is a holding period of one up to one year of purchase. In other words, they were happy to take my money in exchange for all finds of promises, but now all I have is a piece of paper I can do nothing with.
