It suddenly dawned on me that IF Jake is wanting to make a name for himself by suing the Music Industry (irregardless whether or not he actually desires that per se):

Why not, then, perhaps, and starting with NSAV/James Tilton, his wife, et al do somewhat the same thing with the OTC? I mean, if this statement is true, which it might be:

Keep in mind that $NSAV is Proof Positive that the OTC Market simply does not care that the companies they register blatantly lie to the market and shareholders. $NSAV proves the OTC is a criminal entity devoid of moral character.


...why not go for it Jake? Okay, I guess the biggest drawback might be having to pay court costs if he loses. But still... And with a "Jury Trial"? But what if he WON? wink



Imo, the OTC is a cesspool that needs fixing.
