So several weeks ago I got a notice from "EQ by Equinti" it says:

Dear Allstar Health Brands, Inc Shareholder:
Allstar Health Brands, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Equinti Trust Company ("EQ") as its new transfer agent to manage your shareholder account and provide you with the best services possible. As a result of EQ's recent acquisition of Corporate Stock Transfer, your shareholder records and investment information has automatically transferred to EQ.

Followed by instructions on creating an "shareowneronline.com" account.

I have no idea how I come to this owning Allstar Health Brands, Inc. (ALST)
Don't see it in any brokerage transactions.

I started it and they mailed an authentication ID to use to create a account/ login. I just created it and I am a proud owner of 1 share. LOL

And never heard of "shareowneronline.com"....

Anyone else happen to own a share this way?
