The patents will not be re-filed, all the agencies were clear in their findings, there is nothing patent-able in the papers submitted by RETC.

RETC doesn't have any "proprietary technology", proprietary technology usually refers to hardware, software or process patents, RETC has none. If you would take the time to read over the patents that have been outstanding from as early as 2012, none of those have anything "proprietary" in them.
They are simple processes and nothing more! Also, check the footnotes to all the references from other "real" companies that have already been using much of what is outlined in RETC "patents".

Looking over the RETC patents, even "IF" these were approved, there is little uniqueness in them or anything extraordinary to warrant the next big
"tech giant". RETC has less going for it that prior thought!
