Pegs... I cannot remember the contexts, but I did mention a concern or two, along with suggestions how the Co' can improve! I just thought that they were the ones who were completely involved though, and had better solutions than I had, so I stopped those foolish emails!

Though Kraft probably had, (Not confirmed though to me,) a pretty good record prior to taking over the reins of CRTG, but sometimes the "fit" between the Co' CEO and the tasks involved, may not mesh well? One Guy may do one thing well, while another may have other skills?

With all the logistical, financial, and product problems, the job might be over the heads of many prospective CEO's, Kraft included! But sometimes it isn't the CEO's fault entirely, but the negative forces that weigh in upon a small Co' like CRTG? IMO only...
