I haven't seen any posts about this, but the lawsuits are starting to roll in and Johhny is in hiding. He doesn't even have legal representation anymore. At this point, he's probably on the run. Default judgement has already been rendered on 6 counts:

1) Fraudulent Misrepresentation;
2) Conspiracy to Commit Fraud;
3) Negligent Misrepresentation;
4) Fraud by Ommission;
5) Conspiracy to Commit Fraud by Ommission; and
6) Breach of Fiduciary Duty
