I don't disagree. My use of the term premium was relative to the current/short term prices which have seen spso more than triple the past couple of months.

Anyone trying to bargain shop must do so with very small positions and extended waiting periods. In other words, they'll get left behind if they don't pay the going rates now rather than later when more investors become aware of this jewel.
