I spoke back and forth with him yesterday.

Just FYI and everybody here, Drees doesn’t want to step forward as he now just no longer wishes to be involved.

I mentioned the auction issue with him, and potentially larger bids, to the DOJ as well as the unsecured creditors legal reps.

We’ll see what happens.
I highly suggest screenshotting your current loss, as if we stop trading it will no longer reflect the loss.
I plan to write off the loss regardless with date of sale being 3/6! (If equity cancels today).
