The stock has been pumped with falsehoods and BS.

NBRI is worthless. Even if something were to occur, the MASSIVE amounts of toxic death spiral convertibles (which convert into between 32-64 BILLION new shares at any time) would prevent the stock from going anywhere.

The recent "news" was simply to give the toxic death spiral holders an opportunity to convert and dump some shares before the company disappears forever.
