Dilution is never good on 99% of penny stocks.

There is a substantial difference between hurting for cash and seeking a legitimate loan or LOC vs. (perpetually) retaining loan sharks and shank shareholders with toxic hyper debt.

This is all a game. The seed investors are the ones who will lose everything. Ponzetta will own this ATM no matter what based on how the incorporation is set up
