The filings prove that MAXD does not have $1,000 to give anyone, and it did not even when it started this "giveaway" over a year ago.

If you ever get around to reading the filings you will discover that MAXD is completely worthless.

And no smart investor owns MAXD stock today. There were a million warnings to sell years ago.

But it was you that said the $1000 giveaway
was in the filings....
