Seems Hartman was trying to set up a joint venture, using the PB LTD, shareholder was PB LLC.

To tell you the end of the story: Premier Biomedical LLC is dissolved and SunnCBD has found another partner. Last year Hartman moved PB Ltd to Bremen in Germany, trying to screw another ignorant fool.
