Trust me, I've met the guy (Coleman) and it was crystal clear to me that he has no idea how to run a company and keep the shareholders in mind while he does it. Totally clueless.

Ironically, the person he screwed the most in doing the RS (no, it wasn't ORCA, contrary to what's going on in ORCA's mind) - it was himself. At least if he truly owned about 50% of the OS like he said he did, then he diluted the piss out of his own shares more than anyone.

Look, in the end of the day, I think the guy actually knows what he's doing when it comes to the technology. And he might even be able to create a very successful business here eventually...but I got out because it became clear to me that he is more than likely going to bury the shareholders in new debt and more and more dilution because he doesn't care and he doesn't know any better.

And worst of all, he didn't seem to even care to learn how there were better ways to do things that could also keep shareholders much happier. That dude has a shit ton of ego and he's going to do things his way, even though he doesn't know what the hell he's doing with regard to running a publicly-trading company.

I truly hope I'm wrong for the rest of you longs. I didn't care for his ego and (lack of a thoughtful) approach myself, however.
