Agree! I think they are issuing an s-1 - so pry raising more cash and shares that way too. Which means 5 percent threshold will be higher. But they need to be raising significant capital to make that deal make any sense otherwise it’s a waste of time?

I will say since Juul is banned that they maybe could be selling these flavored disposable Krave cigs like hot cakes? I’ve read and talked to a few people that indicate The market is being flooded with them as a replacement. Perhaps they are on cusp of a major deal and need significant capital?
