Link, please, to the last unaudited 10-K that the company filed with the SEC.

As far as changing firms...It would be concerning if the change was from Assurance Dimensions (that doesn't even crack the top 100) to an even more obscure auditor like, say, Bob's Accounting and Taxidermy. Instead, they upgraded to the number 10 firm in the US, according to this listing.
