I think this time could be different. BRNW is a great candidate for a custodianship/reverse merger, and my guess is that's why the volume has appeared. I actually bought this stock about 4 months ago, just getting a few million shares of this and 9 other RM candidates "just in case" someone decides to file for custodianship. So maybe it's wishful thinking on my part, or maybe the volume is for a real reason this time. We'll see how things develop over the next month or two. Or sooner!
