Skiluc: I guess the $64K Question then becomes: Why take a Private Employee Owned Company into the Public Market and only put in 1% of the value of the Parent Company? ...

I think if they go, as I believe they should, why not "Go Big or Go Home" and put everything in there? Correct? ...
