Pitcook, I will do the best I can

The share price was bouncing off 50 cents in the weeks leading up to the lawsuit on Nov 3, 2016

I cannot confirm that that the company was selling, or to who, but there were rumors at that time that a big order was imminent

The clothing sales have never been a large amount, relatively speaking

We will have to see tomorrow. I think having an extra day gives both sides a chance to maneuver more. Assuming that there is no one out there wanting to sell, or to keep the price of this stock down, is foolish in my opinion

I have made posts about the potential for Insultex in the past. I have it on good authority that Dupont profits $900 million yearly on the global sale of Tyvek

If you assume acquiring 10% of that market over the next 3 years, that would be $30 million per year. Stock would likely be trading on the Nasdaq at $20-50 per share

Much more likely that there will be offer(s) to buy out the company, and probably pretty soon. I am expecting Dupont to make an offer, and it will probably be an undervalued one, $2 -$3 per share

IVDN has been selling the House Wrap since 2010, I believe, and the clothing since 2004. They were finally really rolling out their sales in 2016...that is why the lawsuit happened, again, in my opinion.

I hope that helps. I don't think I have spoken with the CEO since the lawsuit, and do not have access to non-public information

Hang on for tomorrow!!
