CFTN is very legit company, there are couple of flaws with it, lack of communication from the company thus very illiquid, also 'Alternative Reporting" status makes investor gun shy about investing in OTC with the alternative reporting status, I have tried a couple of time to communicate with the company and asking them if they can file to be an fully reporting company, they said point blank no intention to because there is cost associated with it. These guys are very stubborn and old school. But they are very legit. I don't own shares anymore.
