Ignore Premarket it will be manipulated to get retail to sell. Tutes and companies looking to buy stock ahead of their buyout offer will wait until the regular session then load the boat with all available shares.
I would be shocked to learn that the Agile has not been approached by both McNeil and JNJ about a buyout on approval. Next big news will be the proposal to sell or licence Twirla and or the SkinFusion technology as it was approved along with Twirla.
TransDermal patch Advil will be an earth shaking blockbuster and steal the thunder from the one currently under development from Medherant in the UK that has not been approved yet. JNJ or McNeil has a lot more muscle and marketing then the little UK private company and will get swift approval in USA rather than the much smaller UK market because SkinFusion is now approved and Ibupropen is well Ibuprophen. With the Opiod crisis raging TD Patch Advil likely get rushed to approval as well as SkinFusion Meloxocam.
Don't sell your stock for $5 when the ink is drying on a Buyout offer for $20.
Remember McNeil had the original Ortho patch and are still deeply entrenched in the BC market with the Ortho pills.
