An obvious theory is that Biscardi sold his right to scam shareholders to LG with a stipulation of the sale being that he affect the name change, RS and website first because nobody wanted his bloated crap. Once completed, LG decided to get about it's new right scam shareholders and moved Biscardi aside.

It will be interesting to see if SSS (sweet scammer Sara) retains a position in the newest venture.
