The CEO is buying at these levels. A sub penny which is almost unheard of. When the co. gets those 38M and buys another 15 to 20M on buyback, then we take off. Market makers know the game and are aware of the happenings of the co. U can read it both ways for those who can. Exciting time for co. and shareholders me being one owning a few.
