good science.....cfo must be a d-bag!......they can`t complete the offering, because no one trusts them...….they file a prospectus ,every other day, even though "we believe" falls under forward looking statements, it was a sleezy trick to say they had cash , and cash equivalents to fund them into Q4 2020, and slam the shareholders with an offer the next day...they suck!...jmo
