I don't think they will let it happen. If the business is doing as good as I think, they will try to cash out and retire...

I think someone will petition to become a custodian, but if they want to cash out and sell the shell themselves, that's fine too. Someone will gladly buy this and reverse merge in. If that company is worth a lot, we'll all be happy (especially captain, as he's got a serious amount of shares). One way or another, I see a reverse merger happening here and the stock going much higher than it is now.
