E Blockmon is the only SH that has that many shares. 263 SHs for the float's 58% of common stock and 3% institutions. 32% for the 5 insiders. Looks to me like there are one to many "0"s IF your tip is true.
I hope for a good Q with strong / record revs from current operations and good progress on the CBD refinery buildouts with at least Magnolia/SC on line. Maybe it's a tip for buying shares and you meant $.50 instead of $.05...GLTA...
