This is my thought:

Eric is getting it done. He has brought the company back from the old model drying up (DVD sales+Low end theatricals) to the new model (higher end theatricals+Myflix) in about 3 yrs with barely any new share issues about 1% during that transition for legal+audits, not to pocket. Now we are on the verge of the F10/S1 ending funding problems. Do I wish he'd use more precise wording with regard to timing..yes. But that compared to the rest is insignificant.
