LPC bought and the ELOC is for Class A stock

From Exhibit 10.1 of the 8-K filed on 1/23/2020:

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company wishes to sell to the Investor, and the Investor wishes to buy from the Company, up to Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) of the Company’s Class A common stock, $0.0001 par value per share (the “Common Stock”). The shares of Common Stock to be purchased hereunder are referred to herein as the “Purchase Shares.”

If you read the last 10-Q, you'd realize the Class C shares are almost entirely maxed out (only 10 million shares authorized). They were intended to be issued for Class A shareholders as of last July.

From the last 10-Q:

State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: As of November 18, 2019, the issuer had 99,770,161 shares of its Class A common stock issued and outstanding; 5,000,000 shares of its Class B common stock issued and outstanding and 9,910,200 shares of its Class C common stock issued and outstanding.
