Interesting, I guess they settled his lawsuit by making him a Director. Here's hoping no one listens to any of his ideas or product timeline projections.

This sort of steams me up, he gets rewarded for lying to investors for years, and, yes, they were lies.

I appreciate that he started the company but couldn't they have just bought him out? Even just reading that he's a Direction makes me feel like I need a shower.
