HHSE went public 10 years ago, not 11. The 1st audit deadline was June 2012 (7.5 years ago, not 11). We all know that they suffered a setback due to Fotis failing to provide the documents needed from the old shell and he also failed to provide the $1.5M for the 200M shares he received (probably naked-shorted against those shares and will need to cover them as soon as the Form 10 is filed, creating a massive short-squeeze). Fotis (previous shell owner) was also responsible for the losses from the movie "Twelve".

HHSE did file their Form 10 in March of 2015, but had to retract it due to their auditor getting in trouble for audits he had done for companies other than HHSE.

In 2017, HHSE was in the process of reverse-merging with Crimson Forest whose managers failed to produce the necessary documentation for their own audits. HHSE wisely pulled out of that merger.

HHSE is about to drop their own Form 10 and S-1, per recent announcements.

The shareholder's meeting was moved up from March 7th to February 29th. Wonder why?
