Does anyone remember the Asset Sale milestone triggers? 18 months ago Medivir under Christine Lind shelved the remetinostat Phase III due to further discussions with the FDA over trial design. Did Medivir ever provide a further update, I don’t recall one. At the time I thought it was odd and a possible stalling tactic by Medivir to provide them more time to search for a licensing partner. Circling back to the Asset Sale, would a successful Phase 3 trigger a development payment and without a partner how would Medivir pay Tetralogic?

Either I missed something or Medivir has possible decided the best way to avoid paying Tetralogic is to find clever ways to slow down the development process. Input on this is very much appreciated. Thanks.
