Actually, there's no sign of it being "wrapped up."


Even if the Service of Summons were quashed, the plaintiffs will simply attempt service again.
Do you think they're just gonna walk away after being cheated out of 60k each? (allegedly).

Especially when one of the defendants has unlimited resources and could (and should) swiftly repay the monies misappropriated by AIC and end this charade so the plaintiffs can get on with building their companies.

Sixty thousand dollars may be pocket change to K.H., but it could be a pivotal amount for a startup.

The plaintiffs filed their case for a reason - they paid for something they never got.
If they had received the shells they paid for, then EEGI and SHRK would currently be known as Spaceface LLC and Wookey Search Technologies Corporation (unknown which company was promised which stock).

So all those SHRK/EEGI bagholders should be extremely PO'd at Smith & Harrington for derailing what may have been their only chance at getting their money back.
