Nothing to dispute Ottens latest news release otherwise. State filings haven't changed. Stock structure OTC markets hasn't changed...so if deal was DONE Ottens bought Acordy for FREE !!

SO quite simple, deal is dead and was simply another John STIPPICK scam !

Plus I do trust what others have told me regarding confirmation deal is dead.

Story's over.

ISSUE IS MOOT IF MGON DOESNT GET CURRENT...they will be wiped out by SEC delinquent team !
