$NAFS North America Frac Sand, Inc. is a development-stage company. The Company owns renewable land leases with the right to extract frac sand from substantial mineral deposits located in the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. Frac sand is used as a proppant by the oil and gas industry to stimulate the production of oil and natural gas from wells. The Company owns frac-sands industrial property, the Eagle Creek Property, on land located over 30 kilometers west of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The Company has drilled 66 core holes and 107 backhoe holes for a total 173 holes. The Company has tested the total area of 12.9 million square feet with an average sand thickness of 10.5 feet. North America Frac Sand (CA) Ltd. is the subsidiary of the Company.
