IF the patent and company(Zander) had value or a perceived future then Mass Equity Ventures would have provided the capital back in December. Does Lander have $1.2M to settle the ChemDiv lawsuit for unpaid Koos bills? You can see below that unless that amount is settled ChemDiv wants the IP they developed for Regen(and Zander). Either pay or litigate. Who is going to pay for the Zander defense? Who is going to pay for further development?

The Plaintiff is also seeking a declaration from the court that the Plaintiff retains full and complete ownership, title, use, and all rights without any limits to the work, tangible property, intellectual property, and any other product or by-product of the work performed by Plaintiff for the Company and Regen. The action arises from approximately $1.2 million dollars of unpaid invoices ("Unpaid Invoices") due and payable to the Plaintiff.

What we don't know is what exactly has been developed and if there are any interested parties to carry this forward, such as Lander or Devine. Maybe though doubtful. Koos only resigned but still holds the stock ownership in these companies, so he would want to be compensated. Who would be willing to do that for CBD Milkbones? Shareholders are uninformed because of Koos, and is a mess given the tangled web created by Koos.
