Seffan is a liar and a con man during the time he was promoting hemp he was trying to con people into buying blocks of shares of his other company called lavish entertainment if they would buy blocks of shares of his other company seffan has an office out of las vegas he also stated bruce was a felon and hemp was also paying him $5000,00 to promote hemp.
