No one said a countdown has started most of those doing real DD understand filing a Super 8-K.

Just like filing a Reg S-X - just as Costello changed the fiscal year when provides him more time for pumping.

So Costello has another 75 days for more pumping.

Why not file the financials immediately - instead of dragging out for 75 days - I saw Cellucci do the same nonsense and the proforma was nasty and he waited until day 75 to file.
