mgland, seems those (11) Form 4's were for "free stock shares" with no stated value meaning not given based on market price of that day like normal buys would be in the market. Just simply gave to them to do as they desire later on I suppose and sell at higher PPS should that occur one day when they are retired?? Bonus shares like in old days corps would give stock options as part of execs retirement programs...
