If it was such a big deal to you, why didn’t you take profits on the last run? Why wait and get screwed over? Why waste your money to have a lawyer look into cbbt? The whole situation is sketchy at best.... If they are bankrupt, who do you think will get money from them? Probably their creditors! Whatever you get, if any, will go to your shyster lawyer...
