Don't you think that it's great when you being the sole owner and shareholder of your company that you can claim your company owes you hundreds of thousands of dollars in unverified loans and such and then forgive yourself of that debt and issue yourself 25 million or more of preferred stock (now free trading years ago) in payment for those loans like Reid did in 2012 with kmag?

Owning your own company can be amazing.
