Of course if Samantha had a strong rebuttal she would have filed an official appeal.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. When you are really desperate you “pull a Samantha” and grasp at straws and just recycle the exact same argument that JUST LOST IN FRONT OF THE ALJ’s longest tenured and most respected judge.

If anyone thinks that Samantha, is in any way, in the drivers seat hear, they are laughably mistaken =)

Samantha already botched and lost this precedent setting case... do not worry, it will be much easier to lose the second time.
