By this, I mean is it possible the label has the legal equivalent of the pharma black box: "Prescribe this ONLY for <12 weeks, and NOT for any purpose other than TG reduction".

That would likely result in some legal screams/appeals, but would merely formalize the H-W carve out provision, wouldn't it?? How could generics argue that point, since they are presently arguing the opposite?
